What are we doing to maintain safety during COVID-19?
During this crazy time, we are doing our best to keep up with CDC guidelines and recommended safety measures.
Where is your pick up location?
Pickup is located in Northeast Philadelphia and exact location is coordinated with you after you complete your order.
How do I pay?
Payment is accepted through Venmo, Zelle, or cash.
I have an allergy, can you accommodate that?
We can definitely accommodate, however, cannot promise that cross-contamination will not occur even though we are super cautious. If you have a food allergy, please let us know in the box in the order request form. Boxes are assembled in a kitchen with known food allergens, including but not limited to eggs, dairy, tree nuts, and wheat.
Can I request specific items on my platter?
Absolutely! We will do our best to accommodate your customization, however - all requests are subject to availability! Additionally, please keep in mind, if you request gluten free options, there may be changes in the pricing or variation of options available.

How much notice is required to place an order?
48 hours is needed to review all order form requests so please place your order requests in advance. Please keep in mind that some days may be pre-booked, and therefore unavailable.
Please keep in mind not all order requests may be approved due to high demand. If you have a specific date in mind, feel free to contact us directly via the contact form after submitting your order request to ensure we can meet your request.
How do I know what size to order?
Great question! That will depend on a few things...
1. Will there be other food available? If yes - consider sizing down to allow for guests to enjoy the variety provided, if no - order based on the sizes recommended on the specific boards product page.
2. Is food the main focus of the gathering? If yes - consider #1 and order based on the sizes recommended on the pricing page. If no - consider ordering down a size if there is potential for an alternate focus of the gathering.

- High-end disposable boxes are being used to minimize repeat use of equipment.
- All equipment and surfaces are sanitized before, during, and after the creation of each order.
- Contact-less pick up is offered to avoid your box traveling through multiple locations and coming into contact with multiple environments.
- Seasonal fruits and vegetables are rinsed and wiped down before use.
- Gloves are worn at all times and frequently changed while preparing each order to avoid cross contamination.

- Go to 'Order a Board' and fill out all relative information including dietary requirements and customization notes if needed.
- Select your preferred pick up date and time.
- Please allow 48-hours for Boards by Ariel to review your order request and get back to you.
- Enjoy and leave a review sharing what you loved about your order!
